Project Cancellation: The refund policy applies to projects that have been officially cancelled by the client or by VOBI STUDIOS LLC 2. Notification: The cancellation must be communicated in writing via email or an official cancellation form. ••Refund Process•• 1. Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will review and confirm the cancellation within 5 business days. 2. Refund Calculation: The refund amount will be determined based on the payments made to date, minus any non-refundable deposits, fees for services already rendered, and any other applicable charges as outlined in the project agreement. 3. Refund Issuance: The calculated refund amount will be processed and issued 90 days after the cancellation has been confirmed. ••Conditions•• 1. Non-Refundable Deposits: Initial deposits or retainers are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the project agreement. 2. Services Rendered: Fees for any work completed or services rendered up to the date of cancellation will be deducted from the refund amount. 3.
